Welcome to Mill Iron Five Ranch Estates!

 Mill Iron 5 consists of 30 residences situated on acreages and overlooking the Front Range.  Our neighborhood has many wonderful and unique characteristics, many of which are noticeable once you live here!  We have a Board of Directors, Architectural Review Committee, and a Water Committee, which consists of neighborhood volunteers.

June 22, 2026 update
  • The pump is off.  The leak at Stewarts is in the process of getting fixed.
  • Tomorrow (Tuesday) the pump will be turned back on in the morning for testing purposes.  
  • The pond is full and when watering resumes, all homeowners should be able to water.  
  • Look for an email update from Al regarding watering schedule (depending on the status of the leak).
  • All communication regarding irrigation issues should go through Larry Green.  Please check your email frequently.
  • This web page will be updated as quickly as possible when emails from Larry are received

 

Summer 2026 Watering Schedule

Note:  due to limited water this year, the following schedule will be enforced.

Those homeowners watering outside of their assigned days/times will be assessed a fine.

See the Water Schedule Map under the Members Only tab.

NO sprinkler watering on Sundays - only hand watering and drip irrigation.

Even numbered homes water MWF (except those 4 assigned to odd days)
Odd numbered homes water TRSat (also Guffey, Stewart, Malm and R. Beard)
Hand watering and drip irrigation is allowed on any day for all homes.
